Dr. Signe Michel

Managing Partner

Signe is an experienced Life Sciences specialist investor who started her career as a veterinary surgeon in Germany, having grown up in an agricultural family business.

Over the last 20 years she has worked at large-cap institutional Private Equity firms, investing in life sciences companies across Europe and the US (from start-ups to €B companies). During that time, she supported multiple founder-owned businesses and led transactions with an aggregate enterprise value of over €12B. Prior to her career as investor, Signe advised healthcare companies as a strategy consultant with BCG.

Signe holds a PhD in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Zurich and an MBA (Hons) from Columbia University.

Aleksandra Mysliwiec

Partner

Aleksandra brings in a decade of industry experience, combining Private Equity and VC investing, consulting and entrepreneurship.

After working as a healthcare investor at Astorg and GHO Capital, Aleksandra founded her own consultancy and advised 50+ businesses and entrepreneurs on optimizing operations and accelerating growth over the past 2 years.

Aleksandra comes from an entrepreneurial Polish family and holds a LLB / BSC in Finance and Law from the London School of Economics.
